I'm very pleased with the results what Sebastian and his team achieved in selling my property in Sutherland.
Prior I found Sebastian, I signed the sale agreement with the other sale agency. The property cannot be sold after being on the market for 3 months.
Once Sebastian took over the property, he put forward a set of constrictive suggestions and been very helpful following through the implementation. As a result, he had offers the first week and negotiated a buyer at the second open inspection.
