Unit 501/674 Princes Highway sutherland

I write this commendation about the staff member at Cripps & Cripps Sutherland, who treated me at all times in a courteous and efficient manner in relation to the sale of unit 501 in Highpoint. More particularly about Sebastian Viteri, who acted as a representative of Cripps & Cripps as selling agent.

Sebastian provided everything needed to secure a sale of our unit, but he did it in a respectful manner to both the seller and the buyer. Not too loud, listened to what I said - followed up on points I had spoken about, and most of all respected our privacy. Sebastian even procured a higher price than I had sought, which was most pleasing.

Commendation also to the female staff members who brought me a cold drink od water and a chair when I suffered a bout of moving fatigue, and another female staff's typing up names on a set of keys for the new buyer, to make the keys look neater and more business-like. Thanks also to Leigh who works alongside Sebastian. Thanks to all.

Just wanted to thank you for your terrific help and advice during my recent purchase.  Your advice and patience in all matters was professional yet had that personal touch.  This made all the difference and I felt that I had great support.
